LIPOCER processes create on almost every surface a transparent, permanent water-repellent and also oil-repellent coating.

More about LIPOCER®
Plastics like ABS, PC, PE, PP, PA, PEEK or elastomers, metals and ceramics show after the coating a high water contact angle.
The coating prevents that parts adhere at each other. The coating thickness is so small that the dimensional accuracy and sealing properties of elastomers are preserved.
The coating is performed in vacuum. The process can therefore be controlled very well leading to excellent reproducibility.
