Plasma Electronic GmbH offers coating and surface examinations for the surface chemistry of a wide variety of substrates. The spectrum ranges from the examination of the surface of substrates to the measurement of the applied layers.
Surfaces and the applied layers can be examined with the following devices:
actile profilometer:
Measurement of the coating thickness on flat surfaces with an accuracy of 10 nm.
Measurement of roughness according to DIN EN ISO 4287 and 13565
Reflectometer:
Measurement of the coating thickness on any surface with an accuracy of 10%.
Determination of the refractive index of coatings
Contact angle meter:
Measurement of the surface tension of flat surfaces
Hardness meter:
Measurement of Knoop hardness and Rockwell hardness
Microscope:
Digital recording of images of any object with a magnification of up to 1000x
